Is there a physical copy?
Yes. The publisher has announced two boxed versions: a $39.99 Physical Standard Edition and a $149.99 Limited Collector's Edition. Both launch after the digital edition rather than alongside it.
The physical announcement is specific to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Xbox Series S has no disc drive, and no physical Windows PC package is listed.

Standard physical contents
- The base game on disc.
- Michael Myers Clown skin as an immediate advance-access unlock.
- Two Civilian cosmetics as immediate advance-access unlocks.
- An exclusive Halloween poster.
Advance access is not permanent exclusivity. The FAQ says those gameplay cosmetics can also be obtained by completing challenges, so the physical package saves unlock time rather than removing the items from digital players.
Disc, downloads, and pre-order caveats
The official FAQ says the game will be on the disc. It does not promise that every mode works offline, that no download is required, or that the launch build will run without a patch. Those questions need a retail-disc test on October 6.
Physical pre-orders do not include the Phantom Michael skin. That reward is explicitly limited to digital pre-orders, even when a retailer sells the boxed edition before release.
