The original Heroes of Haddonfield
Jennifer, Tanya, Rachel, Eric, Marcus, and Thomas expand Haddonfield beyond the film cast. The official profiles describe them as residents with different backgrounds and personalities, but the launch material does not publish a complete stat sheet for each character.
Their shared multiplayer job remains consistent: warn residents, search for useful items, contact the police, prepare escape routes, and work together against Michael. Character-specific progression and perk decks can change how each Civilian approaches that job.
Laurie, Annie, Lynda, and Bob
Laurie Strode, Annie Brackett, Lynda van der Klok, and Bob Simms are reimagined from the original 1978 film. They appear in story scenes and are also playable Civilians in multiplayer.
Each legacy character has a default multiplayer outfit. Completing challenges in the single-player story can unlock alternate costumes and cosmetic items inspired by familiar looks from the film.
Characters, levels, and edition access
Civilian Level is tracked separately for each playable Civilian. Raising progression levels can unlock additional characters, starting items, cosmetics, and other rewards, while Progressive Challenges are tied to specific characters.
Richard and Alexis are included with Digital Deluxe and its upgrade. The official announcements do not say that every Standard Edition character is selectable immediately on first launch, so edition ownership and in-game unlock state should not be treated as the same thing.
